The Great Fire of London

November 14, 2012

This half term we are learning about the Great Fire of London.  In our Art work we have been sketching portraits of Samuel Pepys who was an eyewitness to the fire.  First we did pencil sketches and then we used charcoal to create bigger sketches in the style of a famous artist called Andy Warhol. He is famous for popart and we put our charcoal sketches together to create our very own piece of popart.
